We are unable to cancel or orders once they are placed. Our small team strives to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, so once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
We cannot accept returns on ANY FOOD ITEM unless it is damaged or defective upon receipt. This is a policy that every trail food manufacturer has adopted as we cannot ensure that the product was not tampered with or stored appropriately, we are unable to resell to other customers in good faith. It is our highest priority that we are fully confident that our meals have not been compromised, and as such we are unable to accept returns.
PLEASE check the listed ingredients prior to purchase as we are not responsible for any allergies or food preferences disclosed after purchase. Some of our products have soy, maltodextrin, and some other ingredients that may not be suitable or preferred by all customers, but you can access the full list of recipe ingredients on each product page prior to purchase. You are responsible for making purchasing decisions that best meet your own personal dietary restrictions and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ingredient-based issues.
If an order was damaged during transit, please file a claim with the shipping company (usually USPS) and let us know the claims number so we can assist if possible. Include photos of the damage with your email.
If a product was defective, please let us know via email within 48 hours of your delivery confirmation receipt. Send photos of the issue to hi@nextmilemeals.com. If the issue is confirmed, we will send a return shipping label and ship a new product.
Returns are refunded to the original form of payment or with product exchange only.
