What's the status of my order?

Is your order taking longer to arrive than you expected? Here are a few things to check before contacting us:

1) What was your shipping speed?

Shipping often takes the full window of time described at checkout. For example, our Free Shipping (14-21 Business Days) does sometimes take 21 Business Days, especially during our peak season as carriers experience slowdowns as well.  Make sure to select the best shipping option for any upcoming trips. If you need to upgrade your options, contact us before you receive a shipping confirmation and we can process an upgrade. Once an order ships, however, we cannot make changes to the shipping speed.

Sometimes an order is delayed in shipping as we shuffle stock and kitchen production, but we will then upgrade your shipping at our cost to make sure it still arrives within the shipping window you selected. If you haven't received a shipping notice yet, have no fear: if there is any hold up that would prevent us from delivering your order within your chosen shipping window we would reach out to you directly.

2) Have we reached out to you already?

Occasionally we have to reach out to you about stock issues or delays, but we always try to notify as soon as possible. However, sometimes our emails and shipping confirmations go to your spam. Check for an email from us (Next Mile Meals or hi@nextmilemeals), and if you find it in your spam folder move it to your "inbox" or mark as important so that future emails from us go to the right place.
