Can I swap one of the meals in the Sampler?

Unfortunately we can't swap individual meals for others within the Sampler. The savings from the Sampler comes from their pre-packaged convenience: they're already assembled as a group so it's less costly to package and ship Samplers than mix-and-match orders and we pass those savings directly to our customers via the 10% off.
